Shipping policy
Most of our Small/Medium Pots, Grow@Home Kits, and other Gift Items can be posted to any Australian Post Code.
Our Local Delivery Area - We now deliver to all areas within the Bayside & Kingston regions.
Local Delivery will be made within 1-3 business days of purchasing.
Shipping charges apply for all other Online Sales and all other areas.
Online orders are usually shipped next business day, provided that funds have cleared into our account.
If stock is identified as being unavailable after you have placed your order (popular items do sell quickly or items get sold and our systems are not updated etc.) you will be contacted with many available options.
Sendle
We use Sendle for all of our Online Order deliveries. Sendle uses a combination of their own contractors or in some cases, other courier companies/contractors. We have found Sendle to be affordable and usually quite quick to most CBD and interstate CBD areas. Regional deliveries are at the mercy of existing delivery networks. We can offer no guarantee of delivery times to your location. We are at the mercy of the courier companies, their networks and their schedules.
We are unable to 'POST/Courier' our Live Plants, Seedlings, Large Pots or Microgreens, at this stage.
We are unable to post Seeds to WA, NT & Tasmania, due to their local Quarantine/Biohazard laws.
Goods Damaged during Shipping
Whilst we ensure we pack your Online Orders with extra care, padding, excessive use of bubble wrap and cardboard bits etc, things get broke... Not very often, but It happens.
Refunds and Replacements of Goods damaged whilst shipping are only given when the following steps have been adhered to.
Sendle have Time Specific requirements that must be adhered to for us to successfully claim for items damaged during transit within their network.

An email notifying us of the damage, Photo proof, as outlined in the Sendle link above, is required within 24hrs of receiving the delivery.
