JoJo's Greens - Returns/Refunds/Damaged Goods Policy 

Plants are living and perishable, and just like any living things, require the proper environment and care.

Our job is to choose the healthiest and best-looking plant(s) for you. Once you have taken delivery or your plant it is beyond our control, and we can not be responsible for a plants behaviour.

We provide care instructions but these instructions are just guidelines and watering frequency and care routine will vary depending on temperature, air circulation, light and humidity in your space.

Make sure your plant is not placed near a Heater or Air Conditioner. It is best to keep consistent room temperature throughout the seasons.

The best temperature ratio for almost any plant is 15C-24C

All plants go through acclimation periods after being delivered and during major season changes. Some lower leaves might turn yellow or brown, the plant might drop some leaves during these periods. This is normal plant behaviour.

There are many plants care guides available on YouTube, either for specific varieties or for general Indoor Plant care.

Refunds/Returns
Please select your plants carefully as once they've left our environment, we are unable to refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt/delivery/pickup and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item - orders@jojosgreens.com.au

If goods are damaged by a courier in transit, please provide the following immediately:
Clear photo of the damage that includes:
The packaging, The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number) and the damaged item.
These all need to be displayed in the one photo

Non-returnable items
Perishable goods such as food, live herbs/microgreens or plants are unable to be returned or refunded.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your purchase.

SALE items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, marked down or clearance items.

Gift Cards
We are unable to return, refund or replace Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers.

Pots/Planters
We do offer a 7 day refund or exchange of Pots/Planters purchased with receipt from our store.
Pots/Planters must be in their original, sellable condition and all packing supplied must be intact.

Jewellery
We are unable to return, refund or replace items that can be worn, such as Jewellery
